1. Acceptable Use of Services
ZetaWala grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access our platform solely for generating marketing and metadata payloads. You agree not to abuse, reverse engineer, scrape, or flood the API endpoints, or circumvent any usage restrictions set by the platform.
2. Intellectual Property Rights
All output metadata (e.g. video outlines, description text, keywords) generated via our pipelines belongs entirely to the user. You retain full copyright and usage permissions for all outputs. The underlying system configurations, UI designs, prompts, and server code remain the exclusive intellectual property of ZetaWala.
3. API Usage Limits & Fair Use
To maintain service quality and prevent denial of service (DoS), we enforce strict fair-use rates. Any automated batch requests that degrade performance for other users are subject to temporary or permanent service suspension.
4. Disclaimer of Warranties
ZetaWala services are provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee specific e-commerce conversion rates, keyword positions, or YouTube analytics gains. Outputs generated by Large Language Models should be reviewed for accuracy before deployment.
5. Limitation of Liability
ZetaWala and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from service downtime, data loss, or model hallucination errors.
